How should I prepare for the radio download?
Use a reliable Wi-Fi connection, keep the phone charged and make sure you have free storage. The radio package is a large download; check the size shown in the app before starting. If it is interrupted, use the radio status controls to resume. If it keeps failing, record the message and your app version before reporting it.
Why can’t I hear my guide?
Check your guide audio preference, the phone’s media volume and its selected audio output. Connected headphones or a Bluetooth speaker may be receiving the sound. Note whether the problem affects one message or every message, and include that in your report.
Where do I change permissions or text size?
Open the app’s settings to review your preferences and field display controls. Device permissions, including microphone, camera and location access, can be reviewed in Apple Settings. Only enable access you are comfortable granting; unavailable permissions can limit the associated tools.
What can work without reception?
Installed on-device guide resources do not need a cloud conversation connection. Online source lookups, map content, downloads and connected features may still need reception. Prepare before arrival and do not rely on the app as your only navigation or safety tool.
How do I report a crash or unexpected behavior?
Include your phone model, operating-system version, app version/build and the steps immediately before the issue. For audio problems, mention headphones, Bluetooth, background noise and whether another app was using the microphone. Beta testers can also send feedback through TestFlight. Don’t include passwords, private addresses or other people’s recordings without permission.
Can Ghost Hunter prove that a place is haunted?
No. Device readings and generated encounters do not establish scientific evidence of paranormal activity. Use the tools to explore, document and compare observations, and consider ordinary environmental explanations.
